I've been investigating my relationships that intersect on facebook. The who and how you want to be connected to people. I have many friends that are my friends; family, associates, tangential relationships and people that want to be friended.

Its not that I don't want to be connected; its how I want to be connected.
How do I create conversations without creating a door to my inner space. The democracy of technologies allow us to be connected, maybe too connected all the time.

I was asked: "Where does collaboration using technology begin?"

Hmm, social networking is truly a disruptive technology when one thinks about it especially in the workplace. The controlled and hierarchical aspects of most workplaces think collaborative technologies are the next big thing to jump on. However, these institutions don't take into consideration how the implementation of these tools may change their culture.

iPhone-friendly Flickr with video support

The news is that Yahoo has been smart enough to move it's fabulous Flickr so that we use it on our iPhones. The video capabilities are good news for those of us that present using the video upload at Flickr.

The platform independent Flickr video format will help us all share more. The growth of Flickr as a home for hosting media with easy access has been surging. The ease of use and accessibility are big reasons why.
